Model Mindset Fitness & Coaching is a fitness and coaching business based on the ideology that the body can only achieve what the mind decides is possible. Our business is owned and operated by Brian Giaccone, Certified Personal Trainer (NASM), and John Hunter Certified Personal Trainer (ACE).
Our business was developed to be a personal training-based company, helping people achieve the physical goals they set out. In the development of our programs, we began to understand and further study the power of mindset, specifically a growth mindset. In these practices, we came to the understanding, that for us to get our clients to unlock the best versions of themselves, we have to help them with not only their body compositions but their mindset as well.
Our goal is simple. To not only inspire, educate, and motivate, but to do it the way that fits our clients the best. Life is about fluidity, and we take that approach to our programs and clients.

About Us
John and Brian, both Certified Personal Trainers with NASM and ACE, have seamlessly integrated the benefits and attributes of the fitness industry into personal development. Their business emphasizes enhancing not just the body but also the mind. They host the "Model Mindset Podcast" on Apple Podcasts and Spotify, create and execute Wellness Programs for schools and companies, and collaborate with the Department of Corrections and Cybulski Reintegration Center to mentor inmates and equip them with the necessary skills for a successful transition and post-sentencing life.
John Hunter
Certified Personal Trainer - ACE
John and his wife Danielle, have two beautiful daughters, Ameilia and Mallory. They enjoy camping, going to various sporting events, and spending time with their family.
Brian Giaccone
Certified Personal Trainer - NASM
Brian and his wife Val, have two handsome boys, Theo and Charlie. They enjoy spending time going to soccer games, family hikes, and adventure parks.

Our engagement settings range from state correctional facilities to our local athletic camps. Whether it's sharing our own journey from a limiting belief system to transforming our minds or teaching others how to unleash their full potential, we will leave the audiences inspired and ready to take action.

Life Coaching
As coaches, we help individuals identify their goals and develop plans to achieve them. We will provide guidance, support, and accountability to our clients, helping them overcome obstacles and make positive changes in their lives. We use various techniques and tools, such as goal setting, visualization, and action planning, to help clients clarify their values, identify their strengths, and overcome limiting beliefs. We specialize in areas such as career coaching, relationship coaching, or personal development, tailoring our approach to meet the specific needs of each client.
